Terroir and vinification

Once mature, the grapes are harvested and then destemmed. In order to preserve the aromas and flavours of the wine, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is then vatted for 10 to 18 days. Ageing takes place both in vats and barrels.

Tasting notes

Mostly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this bright, ruby-red Bordeaux is powerful, distinguished, and generous. Its silky notes of black fruits and noble tannins are bold on the palate.
