Terroir and vinification

Grapes are grown in Tuscany on soils rich in Pliocene sand and clay. Vinification is done in temperature-controlled steel vats with the use of selected yeasts. Fermentation lasts for about 2 weeks, accompanied by careful daily pump-overs.

This Tuscan blend of Sangiovese and Merlot reveals an intense and complex nose of ripe fruit with exquisite floral notes, and its round and full-bodied palate gives way to a smooth and harmonious finish.
